In addition to her technical work repeatedly delivering energy, margin, and reliability improvements for refining operations, Stephanie demonstrates a principled approach to promoting organizational effectiveness strategies. Since graduating, Stephanie has continued to return to campus to give guest lectures and recruit engineering students. Her dedication to work, service, and scholarship was recognized by her admission to the Cornell Tradition Fellows program. ![]() During her time at Cornell she led the Encouraging Young Engineers and Scientists (EYES) Community Service program for the Cornell Public Service center and held leadership roles in the student chapters of AIChE and SWE. ![]() in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 2006.
